The fifth day of this GM diet plan allows vegetarians to eat brown rice & tomatoes and non- vegetarians, beef/skinless chicken/eggs, and tomatoes
Beef will help your body gain proteins it lacked in the first 4 days as well as iron. Tomatoes will also increase your fiber intake.
